Day 1 / Tirana International Airport - Hotel

Meet & greet at “Mother Theresa” Int’l airport in Tirana by our tour guide. Transfer to hotel. Welcome Dinner in a local restaurant.
Day 2 / Tirana – Kruja – Tirana
Kruja, a charming little town all up in the sky has been the capital of the first Albanian principality named Arberia during the 15 century. In Kruja walk through the narrow streets of the Old Bazaar. Visit the fortress and the Museum of George Kastriot Skanderbeg, the Albanian National Hero and the Ethnographic Museum. Visit Tirana, Skanderbeg Square, Clock Tower, Et’hem Bey Mosque, Piramida. Overnight in Tirana.
Day 3 / Tirana – Berat
Along the road to Berat , stop to visit the Winery of Cobo, where you can taste the different of Albanian Wine. In Berat , visit Old Town inside the walls of medieval fortress on top of the hill overlooking the Osumi river. Lunch at traditional restaurant up in the castle (optional). For its traditional characteristic architecture of its houses Berat has been proclaimed as Living Museum town. Inside the fortress you will visit the Cathedral of St. Nicholas which hosts the museum of Onufri the most well-known painter of icons in Albania of the XVI-th century. Overnight in Berat.
Day 4 / Berat – Ardenica – Apollonia – Vlora
Visit the 13 century Byzantine monastery of Ardenica and continue to Apollonia, founded during the 6th century B.C. Visit the Archaeological site, rich in monuments, the museum & the Byzantine Church of St.Mary.Continue for short city tour of Vlora. Visit the Monument of Independence and its Museum and the Mosque of Muradie. Overnıght in Vlora.
Day 5 / Vlora - Saranda
(Full breakfast + Dinner)
Along the road to Saranda, stop for coffee break at the National Park of Llogara. Our next stop is Ali Pasha Castle in Porto Palermo, where you can take photo and enjoy panoramic view. Dinner in Saranda in a local restaurant. Overnight in Saranda.
Day 6 / Saranda – Butrint - Saranda
Half day guided tour to the acheological site of Butrint butrint was founded by the Trojans (inhabitant of Troy) during the first millennium BC. Visit the Amphitheater, the remains of the Thermal Bath, the Baptistery, the Lion’s Gate, the walls of basilica dating from 4th century and more. After Butrint tour, visit Ksamil, part of Butrint National Park. Continue to visit Mesopotam village, known for its 13th century Orthodox Church dedicated to St. Nicholas. Overnight in Saranda.
Day 7 / Saranda
Free day for leisure at the beach.
Day 8 / Saranda – Gjirokastra – Tirana
Gjirokastra, the town of one thousand steps or the stone town. On your way stop to visit the “Blue Eye” water spring nearby is well-known touristic destination. Continue to visit Gjirokastra. In Gjirokastra , you can visit the biggest fortress in Albania, built during the 4 century and the National Museum of Weapons. Walk through the narrow street of the Old Bazaar. After the tour, you can have a lunch break (on your own). Overnight in Tirana.
Day 9 / Tirana – Dajti Mountain
Morning breakfast and depart for Dajti Mountain National Park by cable car. The longest cable way in Balkan. During your stay at Mountain , you can enjoy the panomaric view. Return afternoon in Tirana. Farewell dinner at traditional restaurant with music. Overnight in Tirana.
Day 10 / Return Tirana – Airport
After check out from your hotel, transfer to the Int'l airport "Mother Teresa" for your flight back home.
